Lisbon: Two wonderful nightlife adventures with wine.
We had two nights layover from our flight to Cape Verde in Lisbon. We decided to experience the vibrant nightlife which Lisbon offers. We truely enjoyed this beautiful, friendly and youthful city!
Here are some of our impressions:

Our perfect host at his cozy wine bar in the old city. When he was closing he personally escorted us to another wonderfully cozy wine bar!
the second wine bar we visited on the second night
it was after 2am and we had a casual wander back to our hotel. We felt safe with no strange feel at night at all.
We had a great experience at an Angolan restaurant at the Casa d Angola. The chef and owner was so proud to show us cultural culinary methods and to introduce to us his cuisine- lovely!
We wandered around the city and enjoyed the small areas and it felt wonderful
A local live concert outdoors
We will definitely be visiting Lisboa more often as well as getting to know Portugal more intimately.
