I never personally experienced something which came from Tibet (other than the time I was in Nepal). My heart supports freedom for Tibetan people and their culture and land. When I came across Lhasa Beer in the shop in California, I was keen on trying it. The bottle reads, "pure Himalayan spring water, Tibetan barley, hops" also, "10 percent of the profits made from the sale of this beer will go to philanthropy in Tibet".
I enjoyed the experience of this beer and the thought that I made a (small) donation to help preserve the culture in Tibet.
