Gibela Backpackers Lodge - Hostel Durban, South Africa
We found this great comfortable lodge online, read the differing reviews and decided to go for it. We were not disappointed at all! We arrived very late at night from Johannesburg, and the three of us were greeted to a dorm style bedroom that sleeps 6. The room was clean and airy. Equipped with a safe and electrical adapters to charge all our US gadgets.
The continental breakfast was full of oat cereals, fruit, hot beverages, and a do it yourself kitchen. The other guest were respectful and interesting. The owner lives on the attached property and was always helpful and attentive to our needs and questions.
